If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days, in its original condition together with its packaging, and you will receive an exchange or full refund. When returning an order to us, please mark the package as 'Returning Goods'. This is very important so there are no delays or unecessary charges. If you do need to return a product, please contact us by telephone or email support@bulrushop.com so we can provide the best assistance in resolving the issue.   Please make sure the package is fully insured when returning the product and request a return confirmation from the shipper. Return packages under $500 can be shipped by any shipping carrier. Packages over $500 should be sent by the local Postal Service, as Fedex, UPS and DHL will not insure packages above $500. For returning packages over $2000 we suggest you contact Bulrush for further instructions.
